We’ve seen countless attempts to roll back protections for the gay & trans community. The recent Supreme Court rulings in favor of expanding LGBTQ rights is progress, however, states will continue in their efforts to buffet these decisions on a local level. Standing hand in hand with our LGBTQ employees is step one, fighting for progressive equitable legislation is step 2, and not stopping until equality is felt across for all is the continual driver.
